Eh, chicken breast was overcooked almost rubber, rice was bland, only thing good was the sweet plantains, service eh, pollo tropical has more flavorful filled food

We have always loved this place, especially this location in particular and have been coming here for special family occasions for years. It’s better quality than the average Cuban restaurant but not so much that it doesn’t taste authentic anymore (like some of the more upscale places that try to make it “gourmet”). They do get really busy on peak days/times so make sure to plan accordingly. And try the Guava Cinnamon Buns!!! 🤤

Excellent Cuban foods

Went here for breakfast and it was a HUGE breakfast for a great price. Probably cheaper than if you were to get Mcdonalds no lie.

I love the breakfast at Sergios. I think their coffee is amazing. The service is also very fast and the servers will help you with the menu options. It’s a nice fast food joint if you want to have comfort food with good prices

I feel like they've been raising their pricing too high. Breakfast for 3 was $30 which is around twice what I would pay for a similar breakfast at any mom and pop Cuban restaurant. Eggs and bacon were perfect, toast was on the small side, coffee was great, and the service was friendly.

Food is absolutely wonderful! Just try to keep the people at a distance because of COVID-19. We were sat by the entrance and everyone who was waiting for a table was all up in our business.

Friendly staff, fast service clean place. I ordered the chicken fajitas with french fries and white rice. Taste good but there was not enough chicken with a lot more vegetable. And they forgot my limes. I will go back again. 😊

Sergio's for me is one the best Cuban restaurant,because the presentation of the food is pretty good, customer service is excellent.

Today my family went for a special request for catering and they were so accommodating. The manager Yanetsy went above and beyond for our request . Not mentioned that The food is always delicious and healthy. I love latin/Cuban food, but many places here in Miami, it comes soak in oil. Sergio has all kind of options and substitution to make your meal lean, healthy and not compromising favor. Love that place !

I went to the grab and go area not the big sit down area they have a great selection of empanadas and they are hot and amazing fresh and also had a Cuban Frita food was great clean area friendly staff and food was ready pretty quick !!!!!!!!

Poor costumer service over the phone for delivery , delivery has manners and pack everything nice. Coffee in the mornings for delivery don’t bother just don’t ask for it, and service in the afternoon through the window amazing. For the last one I’ll give 5 stars.

Only place I could find for breakfast in the area while I was here for business. So glad I stopped in! Wonderful food, bountiful portions, fantastic Cuban coffee, good value. Nice vibe for breakfast. Would definitely come back!

Prices seem like they've gone up since I last ate here. I ordered the eggs and bacon which were pretty good and it also included toast on the side with coffee. Friendly service.

Its was good but when my food arrived.T bgg ey served the bottom of rice pot.Its hard & sticky but the waitress brought me fresh rice.

Service was good as was the food. The prices over all were fair. Ambiance was nice . A nice place to take the family nothing fancy ,just relaxed.

Amazing food and service. The food was served fast and I was able to be in and out of the restaurant in less than 30 minutes, which is almost a miracle. I enjoyed my food as it tasted amazing!

Great Cuban place where to eat and get great customer service. Roberto the night shift manager and server like Elizabeth are amazing and good people that you can also talk to while you there. For me going here is always a great choice. We definitely recommend this place and their staff.

Guy on the phone is super disrespectful and rude. I just called to ask what’s the soup of the day and he didn’t even let me speak, I called 5 times and 3 times he sent me to voicemail! I love Sergio’s food, but I’m not going or calling again to this location. If you want good costumer service I don’t recommend this place! Go to another Sergio’s.

Sergios has a good service a good food ,but they are raising the price when they give you the check it’s more money that the menu says I feel that is outrageous and deceiving because you cannot charge different of what the menu says, my breakfast was an american omelette was 8.75 in the menu and I was charged 10.25 the other breakfast we ordered was country breakfast 6.65 in the menu I was charged 8.25 , this is stealing if you want to charge more put the right prize but do not lie to customer, I will report this to the Better Business Bureau

I love the malanga soup they always have it there and the mojito is the best.

Our friend, Anna, recommended this restaurant and, no doubt, it was delicious and yummy! Very nice people and quick to serve!! Price is very reasonable and affordable for big families!

The Food was excellent!!

Food was excellent as always, service has gone down a bit.I'm used to their service with a smile and I also understand that with the pandemic everyone's nerves are on edge however I felt their servers were in a bad mood or maybe just tired.This is a heads up to management because it's easy to blame the servers but it all start with the way the managers help them do their work with ease and in a positive enviroment

New favorite breakfast spot. Service is quick, food is hot and delicious. Prices are very fair. Many innovative plates to pick from. Went 3x this week because it satifies everyone's needs and cravings. Great remodel. Simply awesome experience.
